Time to stop trying.

Gentle yoga, meditation, & deep rest

Woman resting on yoga mat

Thursday evenings, 7–8pm, Wolvercote Mill

Join me for a carefully designed hour to help you ease out of the stresses of the week, settle your nervous system, and properly switch off.

We begin with gentle movement and stretching to release the body, followed by simple breathing and a long, guided rest.

There is nothing to achieve. You don't need to be flexible, good at relaxing, or experienced at any of it.

No rushing. No performing. No trying to clear your mind.

You might leave feeling deeply rested. You might feel clearer, quieter, or simply a little more like yourself.

There is no particular way you're supposed to feel.

Just come as you are.

About your teacher

I'm Gabs Brown, co-author of the bestselling The Book of Rest (HarperCollins), and I've been teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and deep rest practices since 2013.

My classes aren't about performing poses or being good at meditation. They're about giving yourself the space to stop, notice how you actually are, and rest.
