Phoenix Path isn't another programme promising to "fix" you or help you "bounce back." Instead, it's a sanctuary where you can process this transition with the support of others who understand, while gently rebuilding your relationship with your own body and mind.

A more affordable option than working with 1-1 with a divorce coach with all the benefits of a supportive community of like-minded people and a sustainable, achievable means to emotional and physical transformation.

Our private, carefully moderated community creates space for authentic connection without judgment, and we make sure the focus stays on you not your ex, encouraging you to let go and recalibrate into your new chapter where you are the main character.

What you receive each month

Weekly guided movement practice

One thoughtfully crafted session of movement designed specifically for the emotional landscape and physical challenges of separation and divorce and rebuilding a new life. Stack them together to grow stronger, more flexible, and toned, and a positive respectful relationship with your physical being.

Weekly audio practice

Meditation, breathwork, visualisation, cotemplations - pop in your headphones for a quick re-set and re-balance. Consider these your ‘pitstops to peace’ when the rest of life feels chaotic and tense.

Weekly ‘Letters from the Path

Written reflections on different aspects of separation, including reframing exercises, lessons learned, and insights to help shift your perspective during difficult moments.

Live group video call (at least 2 x month)

Group video calls where I expand on themes, answer questions, and we explore topics together as a community. We will have at least two group calls, recorded and shared, where the month’s themes will be explored in full.
