With over 25 years of personal yoga practice and more than a decade of teaching experience, I offer calm, thoughtful private yoga sessions designed to help people steady themselves so they can see clearly and move forward with strength.

Who private yoga is for

Really, anyone. If you’re feeling called to the practice, then we start there, whether you have never tried yoga before or if you’re simply looking for new guidance. I take a non-performative approach and my work is especially useful for people feeling overwhelmed, wired, unable to settle, distracted, and disconnected from themselves, body and mind.

What happens in a private session

Firstly, I listen. I understand where you are, where you want to be, and why. Then, I’ll start working with you using any combination of movement, breathwork, meditation, deep rest, and visualisation practices. It’s a completely tailored approach and I welcome ongoing feedback - some days you might be feeling more energetic, others in need of calm and focus.

Cost

Private yoga allows for a wholly bespoke approach, not possible in group classes, with each session tailored entirely to your body, energy levels, hopes, and needs, emotional and physical.

Sessions are typically £80.
