Day 1

Introducing your 14-day journey and today’s task. We start by journalling how we feel about the past, present, and future. Write as little or as much as you wish - we will be revisiting this on day 9.

Introducing the course and your first task.

Day 2

A simple 5-minute breathwork audio exercise with an introductory video discussing how you can find calm within yourself during difficult life transitions. Learn how mind-body practices work together for physical and emotional stability, and that small, regular actions can create meaningful transformation.

Day 2’s theme and talk.

Day 2’s practice - gentle breathwork.

Day 3

We look at how resolution and clarity can only come from within, not from external validation or an apology, for example. I encourage you to be present with current emotions without attaching them to past events. The practice is a 15-minute yoga/movement sequence that can be used as a framework to process emotions without analysis. The goal is to acknowledge feelings without conditions or expectations of resolving them.

Day 3’s theme.

Day 3’s practice - simple yoga postures to help you be present with your emotions.

Day 4

We focus on gentle self-acceptance and explore that there's no need for a complete life overhaul to introduce and benefit from these practices.

Day 4’s theme.

Day 4’s practice - breathwork with visualisation to help you separate emotionally from your ex.

Day 5

Today I share a physical movement practice designed to connect you with your existing strength and in the theme video I introduce my ongoing "Phoenix Path" group coaching programme and a potential ‘letting go’ course - tbc!

Day 5’s theme.

Movement practice to connect you with your strength and consider your potential to grow stronger.

Day 6

How to create an a comfortable place within yourself to retreat when life gets tough (or ‘uncomfortable’).

Introducing day 6

Guided lying down relaxation to help you create an ‘inner comfort zone’ to access whenever you need to.

Day 7

We consider how separation/divorce uniquely challenges your identity and labels (as parent, partner, etc.), making it crucial to experience who you are beyond these roles. The ‘work’ isn't about creating a new identity but experiencing yourself outside of stories and analysis.

Day 7’s theme.

Guided visualisation to re-position yourself as a hero/ine overcoming obstacles.

Day 8

Today focuses on the importance of taking action to move forward after separation/divorce. Many people get stuck in a "limbo zone" where they're neither fully letting go of the past nor committing to the future. This delay can postpone healing and independence, keeping your better future at a distance.

One video today that also introduces the practice - a journaling exercise:

- List 3-5 actions that would help you move toward independence/your future

- Write down why you haven't taken these actions yet (your resistance)

- Adopt the persona of someone who challenges your excuses and address each reason

Day 9

Today we consider the challenge of keeping up with practices such as these, and what to do to keep the momentum. We re-visit your journalling exercise from day 1.

Today’s theme and opportunity to revisit thoughts on day 1.

Your practice for day 9.

Day 10

Today shifts focus away from divorce specifics to highlight how these practices (breathwork, meditation, yoga) can serve all aspects of your life.

Talk and practice in one - ‘playing’ around with how we think about the future and what might happen.

Day 11

Just a quick check-in today and then a simple yoga sequence to help you feel steady and grounded.

Today’s intro.

Grounding yoga practice.

Day 12

Today we look a little deeper into the concepr of using your inner world as your own safe sanctuary to retreat to when in need of safety.

Day 12 intro vid.

Guided deep rest (‘yoga nidra’) practice.

Day 13

Today’s core message is that you are not defined by your roles (like being a wife/partner), your past, or your circumstances (like financial situations) - these are things you experience but they don't define your essential self.

Day 13 intro vid.

The breathwork aims to provide an experience of "nothingness" - connecting with your fundamental consciousness beyond all temporary experiences and labels…

Day 14

The end!

Your concluding video for the 14-day journey.
